1. PROGRAM OVERVIEW

“The Sons and Daughters of the Firstborn School of Ministry is a 12 month immersive training experience designed to raise spiritual sons and daughters who are deeply rooted in identity, formed in character, equipped in ministry, and commissioned to reproduce. The program is built on four sequential pillars, each three months in length, blending classroom teaching, experiential learning, spiritual formation practices, and mentoring relationships.”

4. MONTHLY MODULE BREAKDOWN

PILLAR 1: FOUNDATIONAL IDENTITY

  • Month 1: The Father’s Heart: Theology of the Fatherhood of God; healing father wounds; orphan spirit vs. sonship. Practical: Personal journaling; guided prayer for inner healing.
  • Month 2: In Christ Realities: Positional truth: seated in heavenly places (Ephesians 1 to 2); righteousness as a gift. Practical: Declarations of identity; writing an “In Christ” profile.
  • Month 3: Sonship & Authority: Authority of the heir vs. hired hand; the sending principle. Practical: Group discussion on authority; prophetic activation.

PILLAR 2: SPIRITUAL FORMATION

  • Month 4: Soul Care & Emotional Health: Sabbath rhythms; managing the soul; conflict resolution. Practical: Personal “Rule of Life” draft.
  • Month 5: The Devotional Life & the Word: Lectio Divina; inductive Bible study; journaling as prophecy. Practical: Weekly journal; inductive study of a Gospel.
  • Month 6: Prayer & Intercession: Tabernacle model; listening prayer; warfare and prophetic intercession. Practical: Lead a prayer room session.

PILLAR 3: MINISTRY COMPETENCY

  • Month 7: Gospel & Theology: Core doctrines (Christology, Pneumatology, Eschatology); hermeneutics. Practical: Write a theological position paper.
  • Month 8: Practical Ministry Skills: Homiletics; pastoral care; worship leading; administration. Practical: Deliver a sermon; shadow a pastor/leader.
  • Month 9: Healing & Deliverance: Ministry of Jesus; praying for the sick; inner healing (Sozo); deliverance. Practical: Participate in prayer ministry clinic.

PILLAR 4: REPRODUCTION & LAUNCH

  • Month 10: Fathering & Discipleship: The four-generation principle (2 Timothy 2:2); one-on-one discipleship. Practical: Take on a mentee for the remainder of the program.
  • Month 11: Kingdom Entrepreneurship: Seven Mountains of influence; bivocational ministry; planting micro churches. Practical: Develop a ministry/business concept plan.
  • Month 12: Commissioning & Covenant: Covenant relationships; 3 Year Legacy Plan; commissioning ceremony. Practical: Present legacy plan; receive personal prophetic blessing.

5. PROGRAM FORMAT & RHYTHM

  • Duration: 12 months
  • Weekly: One classroom session (3 hours) + one triad meeting (1 hour)
  • Monthly Sabbath Week: Last week of each month (rest and reflection)
  • Retreats: One overnight retreat per pillar (4 total)

6. ASSESSMENT & REQUIREMENTS

Completion Requirements: 85% attendance, all assignments completed, final sermon delivered, and 3 Year Legacy Plan presented.
