To equip students with sound doctrine and hands-on ministry skill, moving from personal formation into competent, practical service.
Purpose
"Pillar 3 shifts the focus from being to doing. Equipping students with sound doctrine and practical ministry skill — from theology to preaching to healing prayer — so identity and formation become active, competent service. "
Outcomes Checklist
- Articulate core Christian doctrines with theological clarity and biblical support.
- Develop practical competency in homiletics, pastoral care, and ministry administration.
- Understand and practice the biblical ministry of healing and deliverance.
- Transition from personal interior formation into active, outward-facing Kingdom service.
Curriculum Progression
Month 7
Gospel & Theology
Key Scriptures: 1 Corinthians 15:1–4; 2 Timothy 2:15; Titus 2:1
Core doctrines (Christology, Pneumatology, Eschatology); hermeneutics.
- Practical Focus: Write a theological position paper.
Month 8
Practical Ministry Skills
Key Scriptures: 1 Timothy 4:13–16; 1 Peter 5:2–3; Colossians 3:23
Homiletics; pastoral care; worship leading; administration.
- Practical Focus: Deliver a sermon; shadow a pastor/leader.
Month 9
Healing & Deliverance
Key Scriptures: Luke 9:1–2; Mark 16:17–18; Isaiah 53:5
Ministry of Jesus; praying for the sick; inner healing (Sozo); deliverance.
- Practical Focus: Participate in prayer ministry clinic.
